This hotel has an awesome location, right in the center of town. The rooms are well appointed, with very comfy beds. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Not a 5 star resort, but I can’t imagine getting more for my money!

The service in reception was friendly and the rooms were exceptionally clean. Very centrally located.

Quite old and run down, the rooms were very hot.

The Soft Bariloche Hotel provided a nice stay near the end of the main tourist street. The room had good space and the double bed was very large and comfortable. I also appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette and the modernized bathroom. The breakfast offered a variety of breads. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the area on foot.

It is NOT a resort as its name suggests nor is it "super"Its a regular 3 star hotel at best. Old and worn down . Photo on its flyer overglorifies it.

The Soft Bariloche Hotel is a great value for the price. The attention to detail in the rooms on level 2 is impressive, with nice and clean amenities and comfortable beds. The location is superb, as it is quite close to the bus station and only a short distance from the main bus stop. This makes it very convenient for exploring the city center and enjoying all the local attractions.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

The hotel's location near the bus station and in the center is convenient, but the positives stop there. Rooms are uncomfortably old and dusty with outdated bathrooms and unreliable wifi. Breakfast is basic and unsatisfying. the view is nothing special, so don't get excited.

The elevator is old and noisy, which adds to the discomfort of the stay.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. The rooms had all the basic amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom on level 2. Plus, the breakfast provided was delicious and energizing, giving me a great start to my day.

We loved this hotel for its prime location in the heart of the city, within walking distance to the lake boulevard, downtown, and the Cathedral. We also appreciated the clean and spacious rooms, complete with basic facilities such as a refrigerator and eating table. Can honestly say, there wasn't anything not to like about this hotel.

Had a good experience during my New Year at this hotel. the spacious room and the helpful staff were great. the shower pressure was also impressive. the location was in the heart of town, close to all the restaurants and the bus stop.

The internet was atrocious in our room. It was slow and would constantly cut out.
